UCL Draw: Chelsea drawn against Real Madrid, Manchester City against Atletico Madrid

Chelsea will meet Real Madrid in next month's Champions League quarter-finals first let at Stamford Bridge.

The two teams were drawn together in the draw on yesterday morning and the Blues also know they will face Atletico Madrid or Manchester City if they reach the semi-finals.

On the other side of the draw, Benfica will meet Liverpool while Bayern Munich meets Villarreal.

Chelsea's first game against Real Madrid is at Stamford Bridge on 5 or 6 April but they are facing the possibility of not having their fans for the match after owner Roman Abramovich was sanctioned by the British government and the European Union.

The Blues are unable to sell tickets due to the restrictions, but if new owners arrives before the match date, that will change.

Chelsea also had a headache getting to Real Madrid as they were only allowed to spend £20,000 on trips to the away team.

The Blues have no problem traveling to Lille in midweek as they had already paid for the trip before the sanction was imposed on Abramovich.

Chelsea have increased their travel budget from the Government for this weekend's FA Cup trip to Middlesbrough, meaning they can fly into the game and that could be the same for the April 12 or 13 clash in Madrid.

However, the match could be canceled as Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid cannot play at home on the same day. As the Spanish champions, Atl├ętico will be prioritized and the match with Manchester City will not change.

The Chelsea reunion has created a number of interesting story lines for the Blues, with their former manager Carlo Ancelotti now in charge of Real Madrid. Striker Eden Hazard is also now at the Spanish club.

Who will you tip to get to the semis? Let us know in the comment section.
